Just popping in today with a quick update. . . no time to be sitting at the computer.
It’s a magnificent sunny and quite warm winter’s day here. . . definitely feels like spring is in the air, which is strange given we have another month left of winter.
I’m not complaining. . . I’d much rather be bathed in the glorious sunshine that is streaming though my studio window, rather than snuggling up to my heater.
Anyhoo, back to my update. . . I wanted to let you know that I have another Christmas pattern up on the website here.
The ‘All Wrapped Up’ project is a great way to do away with wrapping paper and make a gift bag that will be treasured as much as the gift inside.
This project is quite different. . . not only do you get step-by-step instructions and photos for constructing the bag, you also get two pre-painted fabric patches (painted by moi), and two line art patches which you can colour yourself using coloured pencils. The pattern explains how to print the patches on fabric using your ink jet printer and how to colour and seal your own art work so it can be washed.

Okay. . . time for me to head back to the studio, where I’m sewing up a storm today. I think the beautiful weather has put an extra spring in my step.
