Opam & Tuesday Treasure

Can finally reveal a couple of OPAM Challenge finishes. I had quite a few sewing projects on the go over the past few months but couldn't show them as they were new designs for my Christmas Collection.

So for the first time, let me introduce you to Miss Penny and Baby Guin
Two of the cutest (if I do say so myself) little softie penguins.

My favourite kind of projects; combining fabric and painting.

The second one is a Christmas stitchery which has been mounted on a small canvas.

The tea stained fabric gives a nice vintage look.

My last photo is my offering for Clare's Treasure Tuesday. Of course it is hard to pick just one treasure, but this one is a good one to start with. It is a gold locket that was given to me as a child. I've worn it ever since. There's been a few soldering repairs and several gold chains over the years. The heart is just part of ME now - I feel naked without it..

Pop on over to Clare's Craftroom to check out the rest of the participants in Treasure Tuesday.
