Well....I love so many things about Christmas but the most precious thing in our 'holiday home' is Aimee's belief in the magic of the season.
Aimee reminds us everyday that childhood has a magic all of its own and she has filled our home with this magic.
She meticulously changes the Santa blackboard countdown each day...
and has written, not only a letter to Santa, but has put a reminder note on our 'Wish List' holder.
The Reindeer's food has been prepared for Christmas Eve.
Santa's supper plate is on the dresser in readiness for his scrumptious treats that will be placed there on the 24th.
Aimee's last few days at school are being filled with fun Christmas activities like today's Reindeer cookies...
and Christmas nativity sun catchers.
Her unending faith in the Christmas spirit reminds us that children's beliefs are filled with imagination, wonder and awe. Seeing Christmas through her eyes makes it a wonderful experience indeed.
