It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas.......well it certainly is in my studio.
I'm still baking my faux cakes and Christmas cakes are plentiful. This year I have made faux Christmas puddings in 3 sizes and individual fruit cakes that are iced or sugar dusted. They look yummy and make me crave for my mum's rum coated Christmas fruit cake.....she must be thinking about making it soon.
The cakes may be keeping me super busy but not a day goes by that I don't paint at some point. Below is a little Gingerbread box I have painted for my Christmas Collection. The roof comes off so you can store all your Christmas candy inside. The snow and candy aredusted with glitter but it doesn't really show up in the photo.
Sticking to the theme of gingerbread....I have painted these cute little gingerbread men on a tea stained apron - they look far too cute to even consider eating them.
