Does the sight of this bubbling liquid chocolate make you salivate?
Do you have a secret stash of chocolate?
Do you make excuses to go to the milkbar to buy chocolate late at night?

If you answered YES then perhaps like me you are in that special group known as 'Chocoholics'.
Wikipedia says: Over consumption of chocolate may lead to adverse health consequences such as obesity and tooth decay.......hhmmmm.....yeah, I will take my chances!!!!!
I consider my daily habit of eating chocolate to be like a little 'happy pill' to put a smile on my face. I have had to be creative with hiding it too - with two other females in the house no chocolate is safe. I had a really good hiding place in my studio that no-one knew about.........that is until I had a little field mouse take up residency in my studio. Do you know mice will eat through the back of a cupboard? Nothing will come between me and my chocolate - so lets just say that chocolate eating rodent made other living arrangements!!
I like chocolate so much it didn't take me long before I managed to add chocolates and truffles to my range of faux cakes. These ones look like the real thing but there are no calories here. No need to hide them either as no-one is going to want to munch on them.....not even a mouse!!
Of course making faux chocolates and truffles required quite a bit of research. Obviously I needed to get the colours right so I had to purchase lots of white, milk and dark chocolate. I can honestly tell you that the colours are a perfect match which is probably what makes them look so real. It's not often that I get to eat my research material....well, there was that one time with the cupcakes.
This little flower topped truffle is my latest creation and I hope to get it up on the website soon. I have make them with pink, peach and cream flowers.
